As a concrete overlay contractor, we have aligned ourselves with the premier manufacturer of cement overlay systems- Elite Crete Systems. Utilizing their hybrid polymer cement technology, we believe we have a superior line of products to offer our clientele.

Science has given us this cementitious technology which, when applied correctly, is far superior to those companies using acrylic resin, latex and/or styrene based products. These types of products tend not to hold up in freeze-thaw climates such as the climate we are located here in the southeast. This is one of the major reasons, along with the fact that Elite Crete has been making and selling their polymer cement products for over 20 years, we exclusively use Elite Crete Systems.

Using a top of the line product is only a part of the overall installation equation, however. We provide high quality service which includes: a 3,700 P.S.I. pressure washing of the surface, followed by an acid-etching process which opens up the pores in the concrete to allow the base coat to “wick” down into those pores and become “one” with the existing concrete. This is a critical step, and once the base coat is applied and has dried it actually makes the existing concrete stronger. Also, this gives the decorative overlay a proper surface to bond to insuring the integrity of the overlay.
